Great service, always replied to emails straight away. Great value too. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed by, which was more the postal services problem, was the box was very crushed at one end when it arrived, I was worried the item would be broken but it was OK, although there was a small dent in the actual Swarovski blue box, which is a shame as its a gift, but it's not to bad.
