I am very happy to be able to purchase items duty free but am not happy that nowhere on the website does it ask for S.C.S membership number. I queried this with yourselves and was told that I could give it to you but my items had already been shipped which means that anybody can purchase items Baby Pico and Grandma Penguin without being an S.C.S. Member,
I have paid membership for 3 years and I am wondering why I bothered with the extra expense !
