DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We had months of delays before installation and zero communication - I was constantly chasing.
Once the windows were finally installed we went on holiday for a week. On our return we had a letter threatening legal action because we had not paid our bill - we had only received the bill the previous week.
Now we have a serious leak and DWL are refusing to answer calls or emails to come and repair - I can see from other reviews that this is a frequent situation.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED!
