We had just come back off holiday today and found the bedroom carpet was soaking we phoned the gas board straight away and within a hour they sent a young man called Dan McDonald who was very very helpful and more or less found the problem straight away and fixed it he was very polite and friendly and new what he was doing so me and my wife would like to give him 10/10
