It helps the company be able to see who is in and not. However, there is minimum amount of options for staff to use. We have also used this system to hold information but staff are unable to view or edit details. Managers are also unable to cancel/alter holiday so small mistakes are sent to administrators to sort. We have used this software for a number of years but staff still get confused. We are moving to Version 5 soon so hopefully with video tutorials and more customisation for the company can be very useful.
