Generally a good programme and is a vast improvement on spreadsheets we used to have. Sometimes it is quite tricky working out shift patterns etc for staff that carry out 4 on 4 off rolling shifts, however, the e-days support team are always very helpful and will carry out queries/actions on my behalf if I get really stuck.
