E-days makes it easy to view and record sickness of different staff members and also the amount of holidays that they have taken/ accrued. I think that it would be a good idea if there was a way to record sicknotes, and then run weekly reports off this to see which ones run out so that action can be taken. It might be a good idea to be able to record what stage they are at inline with the absence management policy, to make it easier to see at a glance instead of going through their personnel file.
