The e-days system has been an added benefit to managing our absences within the organization as it is an easy process to understand and has the ability to be able to allow for edits and changes to employees details, when required. However, I do think as with all systems, that there are always ways of continuous improvement which can lead to a much more efficient system, and therefore with this system, a deeper look into the areas and needs for absence management can take place, keeping in mind the evolving workforce, new working patterns, trends and overall general HR environment.
