Ours wasn't initially setup in the best way by our staff member who started the process, so we had a few issues with working hours and rotas which never really resolved themselves. We just work around them.
We have had a very good user end experience with staff able to log and book time off easily and effectively.
There are many admin tools available to us, though I feel there is more we could learn of their functionality and full potential. The emails sent out with videos and guides have been a huge help in improving our knowledge.
