Being a little old school I was sceptical of an online holiday/ absence planner however the younger guys got me on board and now I will never go back.
This easy to use platform allows me and my staff to make instant decisions about time off, they can actually stand in a travel agents and check to see if the dates they need are free, they request the holiday and I approve it instantly on my phone. Brilliant
