It is a good platform for us to monitor employee absence, and ensure that we have the necessary information we need in regards to staff. I know it is still in its early days but it would be good if for example we could have absence comparison reorts from year to year and to just generally be able to create more reports in order to analyse staff behaviours etc. Another example would be a report at the beginning of each year that shows reasons or the most popular reasons why staff were off.
Just a few suggestions but overall it has worked really well for us.
