E-days is a flexible platform which manages employee absence well. It also has additional functionality beyond the definition of Absence in the area of Toil and Overtime, which has the potential to streamline these processes in the same way it has for absence. As a Client of e-days I have found the company to be flexible in their approach, open to new ideas and extremely responsive.
