I bought a heater valve for my Ford KA and it was faulty , They sent a replacement free of charge but this was also faulty so I had to get it fixed by a Main Ford dealer at a cost of £149 I asked for a refund fro E motor spares and all of a sudden they have gone quiet
I will never use them or recommend them again and neither should anyone else
