Worst experience of my life! Phone wouldn't expect the sim swap so my first thought was the problem was with Vodafone as a didn't think for a minute it was the phone but Vodafone done checks and said i had been sent out a faulty phone 2 go 2 carphone warehouse as i was told i had 12 months warranty, carphone warehouse sent me 2 apple shop as they said i had 12 months warranty with apple, after 6 hours in 3 different shops with my 3 year old son i was 2 return the next day with proof of purchase before they could look at the phone which i didn't have as i got no paper work or receipt with the phone when it was delivered. Had 2 return to carphone warehouse the next day where they gave me receipt so i could prove 2 apple proof of purchase after another 4 hours it turned out the phone was faulty and they wanted £220 2 fix phone as there checks appeared no warranty on phone. After 2 days of hell i have returned the phone 2 e2save and still waiting on situation getting resolved and cant get a new contract or phone until this happens. I will never upgrade my phone over a phone again and will only ever do this through a phone shop in the future, the whole experience was very stressful and still is at the moment. Hopefully it will be resolved soon as i am close 2 tears and very frustrated even trying 2 contact e2save customers service team, waited an hour on hold just trying 2 speak with someone about they whole situation.
