This is the first time I've collected an item for myself from courier. I am 60 so this is a bit out my comfort zone this said I was most impressed with the way my delivery of my new phone was handled from order to receiving it on the doorstep. Tracking to me was all about races in the past not about goods. However I now can relate to all this and would happily order from the internet now too and track the goods. May I add that the delivery driver was upbeat and cheery. Well done to all involved. Thank you
