Applied 1 day, confirmation of acceptance the next. Needed to change delivery day which was zero hassle. Had a 1 hour delivery window so wasn't stuck in all day. Everything arrived as expected and when expected. Love the new phone. Very pleased overall and didn't even have to speak to anybody direct.
