I rang up as i was having difficulty online with my bank details and was sorted out by a very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly customer services advisor. Within 5 minutes he had found the phone and contract I was after and i was all set up and ready to start my contract the following day when my new phone arrived. Great service Thanks
