With a high-speed high-tec telephone salesman speaking in a regional accent I was rather overwhelmed but accepted the phone upgrade on trust. The phone arrived OK, but there were no accessories, the sim-card was payg not monthly contract, so I took it in to the nearest Carphone Warehouse shop some 15 miles away. They were very nice and tried to help but couldn't without the correct simcard. They also said that to transfer my contacts etc would cost £14.75 minimum. They sent me to the nearby Vodafone shop who were very helpful and fixed everything to working order very quickly and then successfully transferred all my data to the new sim-card. That's what I call good customer service!
