made the order and was getting abit annoyed with waiting for check then got told to ring up. the person i spoke to was apologetic and was so good at making sure i got what i want and that i was happy. he went out of his way to explain things and also ensured i had the phone delivered next day, he also told me what a good choice of phone i was getting which is reassuring of a fellow samsung user. great customer service E2Save, better than most retail shops online and in store!
