Got a 5s refurb from them, good price and 02 contract terms but it arrived without an Apple key to the SIM holder just a USB/charger - no earphones, box, manual etc so not quite good as new. Phoned 02 to activate my phone and transfer a number - they had no record of my new SIM and couldn't help but sent me a new SIM instead.
The next day my daughter got it activated somehow without using the fresh SIM and got all my data etc from the previous phone onto my new one. Seems fine so far but just so you know..
