Sales lady was excellent and helped me with my order, from then on it went downhill - got a call to say phone was out of stock in the colour I wanted (even though it was still showing on the website)
Takes ages for them to answer the phone during the week, great price and initial service but the rest leaves a lot to be desired....!!
