I cannot find a contact or get a number where I can speak to a human being all options state not contacted at this time .I have been trying since I have had my phone . I had a MAJOR problem with O2 in retrieving my bills due to a problem on there part on line I now at last have my paper bills please advise urgently what you need. I will be going to the ombudsman and tha daily mail money advisor I am totally horified by this poor service and will go to the Sun if necessary .
