I ordered a reconditioned phone which arrived the next day,I decided on inspection that this would not be for me.i contacted e2save customer services and they were most helpful in advising me to return this phone.all this was done without fuss in a most helpful manner.i will now check what other phones are on offer from this company and hope I can find something suitable,highly recomended
