I was very impressed with the prompt service I received. I was sent a text message a week prior to my contract ceasing and another the day before. The customer service officer who called was very friendly and extremely helpful. My phone arrived the next day! It was great, I didn't have to do anything. My only disappointment is that the phone didn't come with a manual or the little pin thingy for popping out the pin tray. I had to Google how to put the pin in the phone because the Galaxy S6 is different to the previous Galaxy's - which I wasn't aware of until now!
