I ordered and paid for a Samsung E1200 which was very cheap-only 99p. However I also had to pay a top -up fee of £10 at the time of purchase. The phone arrived very quickly and I left excellent feedback, which I now regret. The phone is fine, but is tied to Virgin. The sim supplied did not work and the e2save agent told me to phone Virgin to get a new sim. I did precisely that and was told by Virgin that if they replace the sim card I shall have to pay a new £10 topup to them to get it working!!! It took me ages to explain the situation to Virgin, using my own landline, as they did not sell me either the E1200 or the sim card, which they say is registered to another person. The phone looks fine--very simple, straightforward and ideal for my use, which is emergency only. The menu is basic ad it is easy to program but will not allow telephone calls due to the lack of an active sim. I am not dissatisfied with the phone, or the speed of despatch, but am very dissatisfied with the response from e2save with regard to the sim. I have now requested a refund for the wasted £10.00, but remain without an emergency phone which is a wretched situation, as I am both elderly and disabled and live alone.
At this stage, I cannot recommend the company to anyone.
