The sales person was good, and provided a lot of detailed information on the phone, helping me to make a decision. The call was perhaps at a bad time, and I did feel a little under pressure to make a decision on the call, with no time to do some research and see if the deal is good for me. I was advised that the new phone, the Samsung J5 was very similar to the phone I had already, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. However, the J5 is not as good, the storage is much less, the camera is not as good and there are a lot of other features that are not as good. Therefore, I am disappointed with the new phone, which I have to keep for 24 months. I was also advised that I would receive a £100 cheque, in the post and that it would be in the bank in time for Christmas. It is now the 28th December and I have not yet received the cheque. Upon reading the terms and conditions it advises that the cheque can take up to 12 weeks to come. Therefore, the information that I was given on the phone was incorrect and misleading. I am disappointed with the outcome of the purchase! I was advised that I could return the phone, but only if I did not put in the sim card. This was not helpful in any way, as I required the sim card to see the features in the phone.
