Placed order and received my phone the following day! I submitted application at noon and come 16:00 I hadn't heard anything so gave customer services a call. They told me that credit check hadn't yet be done. The reason for this is I was told that EE had different info in their system so it wouldn't go through. I called ee and it turns out that they hadn't changed my address so address didn't match. That was changed so I called e2save back And it went straight through no problems. (The reason this happened is because I already have ee contract) Overall very happy. Awesome handset price- by far cheapest price on market and great tariff. Had to call customer services twice and took around 15 mins to speak with someone. I also wish that e2save would have informed me that they were unable to do credit check. I only found out because I rang them after 4 hours. If I hadn't have called them I probably wouldn't have got my phone next day. Will definitely use this company again.
