Very good customer service when I was changing from a sim only deal to a contract phone.
Impressed with representative I spoke to, appeared to go out of his way a bit to help me get the deal that I wanted.
May be early days but have not as yet received details on the cash back deal on this phone, Im sure it will follow.
Overall very impressed.
