I have received an amazing customer service from carphone warehouse staff Sam.
It was an ongoing problem to get a new contract , during my call with Sam we had difficulties as EE system was down so he said he will call me back an hour and he did call me back in an hour, as the system was still down he said if that ok with me if he will call me back about another 2 hours time due to the problem still with EE system.
And he called me back and I felt I get a really good customer care by him.
