Firstly my order went to the wrong address after explicitly explaining that I had recently moved house and being assured that my address had been changed. I asked for the phone to be delivered to a car phone warehouse store, this did not happen and they tried to deliver to my old address!!! I then had to take half a day off of work to go pick up the phone from a dpd office, as I don't drive this was costly and difficult. Then I was denied car phone warehouse geek squad insurance when I had been offered it on the initial call and been told that I could call back a couple of days later to set this up, which was apparently not the case. After being passed through 5 different advisors and going through security 5 times on a 46 minute long phone call, my issues were still NOT solved and are still not solved now. I will be contacting trading standards.
