The sales person led me to believe that he was from car phone warehouse - when I received the phone the sim did not work and as usual the help desk could not reverse the sale for 5 days! So I could not even buy a new phone as I wanted the same number. I am also worried that they have changed my direct debit payments and even though they have assured me that I won't pay more - previous experience tells me I have not received a satisfactory service yet.
My advice - go to a store to purchase a new phone!
