Fast Service and pretty straightforward site to use on a Desktop PC, however the online order form was a little tricky to use on an ipad, and the 'Captcha' thing to prove I was human didn't work. Still, it seemed to bypass this and let me order my new phone anyway. Phone arrived the next day and everything has been spot on since.
