I started to fill in a form to purchase a phone from E2save but did not complete the form however part of the form I had filled in was my credit card details. E2 then used these to debit my card account. I have no phone and do not require one.
Prior to this E2save sent me an email to say as follows:-
We noticed you left e2save.com without completing your order. For your convenience we’ve listed your basket below, so you can continue shopping.
This I had assumed would indicate that my order was not completed so therefore no action by E2save would occur.
Therefore would expect a refund.
