Really pleased with the service I received and got an upgrade that was perfect for me! The only negative thing I have to say is that my phone was sent to my home address when I asked and it was agreed that it would be sent to carphone warehouse near me. As I'm at uni my mum had to post it to me which was a pain. Other than that...fab!
