I was called and offered an upgrade, I was offered a lower tarrif and offered a new phone, when i asked for more storage on my phone he upgraded the storage with no extra cost. The phone was despatched for next day I wasn't in that day so the courier held it over for a day and delivered it when I wanted it. Everyone did their job properly and I am pleased at getting the upgrade I wanted with no problems whatsoever.
