Had a bit of difficulty with the online order, as it kept saying my card details wouldn't work (possibly my name on the card wasn't exact but I'm not sure). Called them up and waited a while (10 mins) then got through to very friendly person who sorted my order really quickly and answered all my questions. Took a few hours for my confirmation email to come through ( which made me nervous). Got hour slot given the next morning and was delivered on time in a sealed box. Phone is brill, thought it would be refurbished for that price (brilliant price no one else any where near) but was assured it wasn't. £31 for unlimited calls/texts and 7GB on vodafone with £25 upfront! Brilliant deal. Network worked straight away. No trouble so far and great customer service.
