I called E2save after looking at their website as I had a couple of questions about the iPhone 5s contract that was advertised. I was initially put off by the cost of the phone call (it wasn't a freephone or national rate number). Then I decided to try the customer services number which I found elsewhere on the website and after a short wait I was able to speak to someone who answered my questions. I then ordered the phone online the next day and the day after I received my new phone. Great service. I wonder though if other people are put off by the expensive phone number?
