Although the end result was good, I was initially sent a phone which was locked and faulty. Car phone warehouse shop staff were really quite unhelpful and dismissed any responsibility to help me because they said e2save is a separate company. E2save were very difficult to get through to by telephone or email. Eventually I received a replacement phone but in the meantime, another phone I also had ordered for my son arrived with no charger and a yellowish screen. This has now been rectified but in effect both phones which I ordered arrived faulty and getting help to rectify the problems was very difficult. Communication within carphone warehouse/e2sAve was poor and communication with the customer was poor too.
