sales girl i spoke to was fantastic couldnt have helped more,its the after sales team ordered an i phone 5s which was delivered promptly opened and went to insert sim card and found the sim card slot was faulty,contacted e save and was told to take it to my local carphone warehouse shop which i did and they said have to send it for repair which would cost me an extra £50 excess on insurrance,which as id never even used the phone was not prepared to pay so phoned e save and told them wanted to cancel contract and explained why as within 14 days and was told cant accept phone unless its in perfect condition wasnt bothered that phone was faulty and told me i cant cancel as phone was opened absolutely disgusting
