My Blackberry arrived very quickly, but follow up service, although very polite and friendly
a. gave me wrong advice regarding my PAC code
b. Seemed to lose interest once I had bought the phone, so set up etc was a challenge.
c. very keen to bill me for a month before I've had the phone/contract for a month!
d. Customer service is non existent - they dont answer their phone, always sending you back to the web site that did not have an answer to my query!
I'll reserve judgment until I've been with E2save for a few months - to date I'm not impressed
