To Whom it may concern, I am deeply unhappy with the service I have received from you. firstly the caller who called me identified himself from the Carphone Warehouse. You are not Carphone Warehouse and I would NOT have agreed to an update from yourselves as I have gone to the Carphone Warhouse for many years where I have received an excellent service. Secondly I was told that I would need to put my phone sim card into my new phone when I received it. My phone went out of use approximately 1 hour after I received a phone call from yourselves; I was then left without the use of my phone from Thursday 2nd June until today Saturday 4th June. I was on call from work on 3rd June without the use of my phone which caused quite a few problems for me in my place of work. Thirdly I was sent a handset which was faulty and had to contact EE technical services. I spent 2.5 hours of my Saturday going through different processes trying to get my new handset to work. It wouldn't work as it is faulty. I then went to the Carphone Warehouse where I was told this had nothing to do with them. They were extremely helpful and agreed that your caller should not have identified themselves as being from their Company. I am returning the handset to you and do not want a replacement from yourselves. The only contact I wish to have is confirmation of receipt of the handset and a written apology for the way I have been treated. This has truly been an appalling experience and I shall guarantee that I will never recommend you to anyone. Regards Julie Ranson
