The initial service was good however my new phone was not due for 3 days and my current phone was instantly disconnected. Being self employed this created real problems for me. On contacting e2save re problem they were unable to help me and said it was an EE problem. Of course EE said it was an e2save problem so I was left to sort it out. This detracted from the initial good service.
