Site was clear and easy to use. Offers were laid out in such a way that I did not have to waste time - though I did 'wander' through different parts of the site as the site actually attracts you to do this - which I see as a good point. Buying process was simple and each step was structured and straightforward - which I like. No pressure to buy insurance, or to change my options. The follow up email that I sent was dealt with quickly and extremely politely. I wish all phone site were like this!
