I read a lot of negative reviews regarding E2Save, In all honesty, my experience was flawless. I placed the order before 5pm on a weekday and my new HTC10 on O2 was with me the very next day. As O2 don't officially stock the phone, I was surprised to find a bargain monthly rate of £31.50 for the device along with unlimited calls, texts and a 3Gb data allowance. Anyway, I'm very happy. I can't comment too greatly on the customer services side of things other than I was contacted VERY quickly when updating my address to tell me it wasn't required, which I thought was impressive as it took just over 24 hours to get that update - so I hope future experiences are similar. I'd recommend the company based on my experience so far!
