John King who phoned me was extremely pleasant and not pushy. The way he explained in understandable detail everything convinced me to renew my contract and take an upgrade of phone. It was an extreme pleasure to do business in this way without any pressure and allowed enough time to decide if i wanted to do business or not.Will recommend any time
