was all very straightforward, (i) looked on the website, (ii) phoned to make an order - I telephoned rather than order on-line as I wanted to ask a question about transferring my number, (iii) they answered my questions, made the order and new phone arrived next morning, (iv) up and running shortly after. The delivery was also very good as texts were sent to keep me informed and then a tracking number for me to follow the van, even with the driver's photo!
