The whole process was incredibly fast and efficient. I had all the information I needed on line and didn't need to phone anyone. My order of the iPhone 7 came the very next day to be followed shortly by contact from the phone company EE to set up my new phone. It was so fast and easy and I would most definitely use them again. Cant say I've had this experience with other phone companies. I'm normally fighting them.
