Was disappointed to realise when I contacted Orange because my mobile phone had been cut off prior to receiving my new phone, that I had not been talking to Orange regarding an update and new phone, I was led to believe that the person speaking to me was speaking on behalf of Orange and that was misleading. Also to have my phone cut off prior to receiving the new one is not acceptable. How can you say you are from one company when you are from another. Sharp practice springs to mind!
