great assistance..didnt really know what phone i wanted,went online to view handsets, automatically after a few seconds tab popped up asking if i needed assistance,i explained what i wanted assistant then told me the best deal for me,i was not keen on the cashback by redemption so was offered an alternative, even thought this worked out a little more than the original offer it was still within my budget.i was given a link to the deal,i completed the details and waited for confirmation that i was accepted...got exactly what i wanted within the price range i needed with the help of the courteous staff...greatly appreciated.so happy with my new phone.would highly reccomend their service to anyone.
