I received a call from e2save and was told I was due an upgrade on my phone. I decided to go on a sim only contract as your opperative advised me that nothing would change expect my bill would be lower each month, at this point I asked specifically if this would effect my insurance, she told me that I would still be insured and nothing would change except my bill would be lower! I would not have agreed to change contracts If I hadn't been mislead by your operative. I feel very let down, I have totally lost confidence in your company and quite frankly feel like I've been ripped off.
I would greatly appreciate your response.
